broken thermostats missing key
the tv downstairs didn't work and the thermostats there were also broken. the apartment stayed cold all evening, and i was eager to leave in the morning. when i got there, the key wasn't where it should have been, so i had to ask for help. an older woman there seemed unsure and kept asking if i was sure i had the right apartment. it was a frustrating experience.

large bedroom underfloor heating
Our Two-Bedroom Apartment was big. It had a lovely, large bedroom with a huge bed. The location was great. I found it easy to reach the train station. The bathroom has underfloor heating, I thought it was a great bonus.
The apartment had only two drinking glasses in the kitchen.

Apartment living at its finest!
modern apartment good communication great location perfect space
The apartment was super clean and modern. Communication with the owners were smooth. Its location is awesome to explore the city. I found the space perfect for my needs and loved its design. I also appreciate the provided amenities.
The coffee supply was only for one day, I stayed for longer and desired more.

The staff provided assistance with my luggage upon arrival because I had mobility issues. They were always available for questions. The welcome was very warm and I really reminded me of they cared. I will come back.

The apartment has great appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, pots, dishes, silverware and knives. The premises felt secure. The location is just outside the town centre, very convenient for me.

There are a couple of Asian supermarkets nearby and this was really useful to me. I found it super easy to cook my own meals and I felt great. I was able to use the kitchen daily.

Really good Stay!
comfortable bed luxurious bedding
The apartment was beautifully furnished. The bedding felt luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom. It added a nice touch of warmth. Instructions on arrival and access to the apartment were clear and easy to follow.
I found a foul smell of drains present upon arrival. It was noticeable both inside the entrance and in the apartment. Staff swiftly resolved my complain and found another apartment, though.

The location was excellent. I found it very central. The apartment felt secure because it was set back off the street. A mini mart was within a short five-minute walk.

The apartment size was very excellent. I had everything I needed, and it was warm and snug. I found a throw on the sofa, it was a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and cozy.

The kitchen was well-equipped with necessary appliances. There was a dishwasher for easy clean-up. I also saw a microwave and oven for cooking. The inclusion of a kettle was convenient.
